Hexly Color does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

The app runs completely offline.
No analytics, trackers, ads, or user accounts.
Saved colors are stored only on your Mac (in the app's local preferences) and never leave your device.
The eyedropper reads a color from the screen only at the moment you activate it; it never captures or stores images.

Because no data is collected, there is nothing to share, sell, or transfer to third parties. Hexly Color does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Children. Hexly Color does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. It is safe for users of all ages.
